LED Signage Return & Exchange Policy
1. Custom-Made Orders Because each sign is manufactured to your specific brand, font, and color requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made LED letters or logos. * Approval Process: Production begins only after the final design proof is signed off by the client. Please review all dimensions, spellings, and colors carefully before approving. 2. Damage During Shipping We take great care in crating our products, but accidents happen. Reporting: Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within [48/72] hours of delivery. Evidence: Please provide high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself. Resolution: We will prioritize the manufacturing and shipping of replacement parts or letters at no cost to you if the damage occurred during transit. 3. Non-Custom Components (Power Supplies, Controllers) Standard hardware may be returned within [30] days of purchase, provided: The items are in their original, unopened packaging. The items have not been installed or wired. Note: A [15-20%] restocking fee may apply to electronic components. 4. Warranty & Defective Items If a sign fails to light or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect: Warranty Period: Our LED modules and power supplies are covered under a [1-5] year warranty. Process: Contact our technical team to troubleshoot. If the component is found to be defective, we will ship a replacement part. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
