These bright acrylic neon letters feature an open-face stainless steel channel that exposes the illuminated acrylic front for maximum visual impact. The letters are crafted with high-brightness PMMA acrylic shaped into smooth neon-style strokes, producing a vivid, continuous glow without hotspots. The stainless steel channel—available in brushed, polished or painted finishes—provides a rigid, premium structure while maintaining the open-face aesthetic.
Inside the stainless steel body, high-efficiency LED modules provide a strong backlit halo. The LEDs are carefully positioned to create uniform illumination and a soft glow against the wall, complementing the neon effect of the acrylic front. The rear of each letter includes a reflective backing plate that enhances brightness and improves light distribution.
The letters are installed using metal standoffs that hold each piece slightly away from the wall, creating a floating effect and allowing space for wiring and backlighting.
